I'm a co-founder at Switchboard where we turn process into profit with Automation-as-a-Service and AI consulting.

Prior to starting Switchboard, I was the Director of Operations at MetaLab where I was for nearly 8 years.

I joined MetaLab as a PM and had the chance to ship products with Amazon, Uber, and many awesome startups during a time we were named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative companies in the world.

I've had a chance to work in, with and lead a variety of Operations teams including Business Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, Procurement, IT, and Resource Management. Prior to MetaLab, I worked in Project Management at IBM and Business Analysis at Shaw.

I’m insatiably curious and a fan of solving challenges of scale, team dynamics, and building just enough process all while working with and learning from people so smart they scare me.
